Virginia Harvest Breakfast

A wonderfully comforting, wholefood breakfast, packed full of nutrients, this is my absolute favourite way to start an early day.  I serve it warm in the winter and cold in the summer and vary the fruits depending on what is in season. When you eat this breakfast I guarantee you will not feel hungry again until at least lunchtime.

  • ½ cup  oatflakes

  • 1 Tablespoon Hemp protein

  • 1 tablespoon Virginia Harvest milled flaxseed or milled flaxseed with gojiberries

  • 1 teaspoon barley grass powder

  • 1 ripe banana (sliced)

  • 1 ripe pear chopped

  • ½ cup blueberries , raspberries or strawberries

  • 1 cup oat milk or almond milk(Warm as necessary)

Mix the dry ingredients together, top with the fruit and pour on the milk.
