A wonderfully comforting, wholefood breakfast, packed full of nutrients, this is my absolute favourite way to start an early day. I serve it warm in the winter and cold in the summer and vary the fruits depending on what is in season. When you eat this breakfast I guarantee you will not feel hungry again until at least lunchtime.
½ cup oatflakes
1 Tablespoon Hemp protein
1 tablespoon Virginia Harvest milled flaxseed or milled flaxseed with gojiberries
1 teaspoon barley grass powder
1 ripe banana (sliced)
1 ripe pear chopped
½ cup blueberries , raspberries or strawberries
1 cup oat milk or almond milk(Warm as necessary)
Mix the dry ingredients together, top with the fruit and pour on the milk.
