Hemp Hummus
  • 1 can chick peas (drained and rinsed)

  • 3 tbsp tahini

  • 2 cloves crushed garlic

  • 4 tablespoons Virginia Harvest Hemp seed oil

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin

  • Sea Salt and pepper to taste

If you need to thin slightly, add more lemon juice or some water.


Mix all ingredients in a food processor until smooth and serve as a dip for vegetables or on crackers or as a sandwich spread.
