Butterbean and Hemp Salad
  • 1 can butterbeans (drained and rinsed)

  • 3 spring onions chopped

  • 1 stick celery chopped

  • 1/2 clove garlic finely chopped

  • 4 oz semi sun-dried tomatoes

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil

  • 1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary

  • 2 tablespoons Virginia Harvest Hemp seed oil

  • 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive oil

  • Juice or 1 lemon

  • Sea Salt and Pepper to taste

Mix everything together gently in a bowl and serve.
