1 can butterbeans (drained and rinsed)
3 spring onions chopped
1 stick celery chopped
1/2 clove garlic finely chopped
4 oz semi sun-dried tomatoes
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
2 tablespoons Virginia Harvest Hemp seed oil
1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive oil
Juice or 1 lemon
Sea Salt and Pepper to taste
Mix everything together gently in a bowl and serve.
